Check-Before-You-Pay
We offer a doorstep inspection service.
When the courier arrives, you may open your order and check the product before paying.
- If you’re not satisfied, you can return it immediately.
- You will only pay the shipping fees (90 EGP).
- Once the courier leaves, no returns are accepted for any reason other than defects or wrong items.
- For orders delivered outside Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria, shipping fees must be paid in advance
After Delivery
After the order is received and accepted:
- Returns are not available for size issues, preference changes, or change of mind.
- You can always contact us for guidance or product questions.
